We are very excited to be newly affiliated with ASTA and are looking forward to building long-lasting relationships with members of the Travel Agent community in the United States.

Our two steakhouse restaurants are a must-visit for any tourists who enjoy great food and excellent service and represent the very best that London has to offer.

My friend and business partner Marco Pierre White was the youngest chef ever to win three Michelin Stars and rose to fame globally for his own cuisine. As the original ‘celebrity chef’ Marco trained amongst others Gordon Ramsay, Mario Batali and Curtis Stone (the latter whom I worked with in London as a General Manager in the early 2000’s).

The London Steakhouse Company was established in 2008 by Marco and myself and has been a permanent fixture on the London restaurant scene ever since. We have won numerous awards as well as a Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence and we are, in our City branch, the second most reviewed restaurant in all of the UK and the most reviewed steakhouse in the world with a combined 7005 five star reviews.

Recognizing our wide appeal, we want to build an Ambassador network that will feel confident to recommend us to their customers who are travelling to London whether it be a couple, family or corporate party. We will provide a complimentary glass of Champagne to all guests on behalf of yourself, at our expense, and offer VIP table booking status at all times.

Below we explain how you can participate in the programme and how we will pay you $5 directly for every guest that dines with us.

How to Become an Ambassador:

  1. Become an Ambassador:
    • Join the London Steakhouse Company Ambassador Programme and get rewarded for each of your customers who dine. Receive $5 a cover for every guest that dines with us that has been recommended by you.
  2. Create an Account:
    • To register, simply set up an account at www.resdiary.com/concierge by following a few easy steps  shown below. Once registered as a concierge, you will be able to make reservations, track bookings and monitor your total earnings.
    •  Instructions on how to register:
      • 1. Visit www.resdiary.com
      • 2. At the top right of the page click on ‘LOGIN’
      • 3. Select ‘CONCIERGE LOGIN’ from the drop-down menu
      • 4. Select ‘Not already a member?’
      • 5.Complete all the personal details
      • 6.An email will be sent to you, follow the link to activate
      • 7. Now login with your new details
      • 8. Select ‘Restaurants’
      • 9. Change the drop-down from ‘Favourites’ to ‘All Restaurants’
      • 10. Search ‘London Steakhouse Co. Chelsea or City’
      • 11. Click the heart next to our name and add to favourites
    • Instructions on how to make a reservation for guest:
      • 1. Login and select restaurants.
      • 2. We will now appear in your Favourites list
      • 3. Click ‘Reserve’
      • 4. Choose date, time and party size and it will show availability
      • 5. Choose which offer your guests prefer
      • 6. Enter their details
      • 7. Add the guest to your favourites if they are regulars
      • 8. Accept the terms and conditions
      • 9. Complete reservations
      • 10. Both you and your customer receive direct confirmation of the reservation via email
  3. Gain Access to Unique Booking Options
    • Once registered, Ambassadors gain instant access to a number of exclusive booking options. From the simplest complimentary glass of Champagne we also provide set priced menu packages and tailored party menus to provide your customers with what you want.
  4. Send Patrons to Us
    • Ambassadors can use their portal to make direct reservations for guests at either of our two London Steakhouse Company restaurants. If ambassadors would prefer to call, we have a central reservation team that answers the phones from 9am- 8pm (G.M.T.) 7 days a week on 020 7096 9085
  5. Receive your commission
    • Get rewarded for booking in guests. Earn $5 for every customer that visits the restaurant and dines. We run weekly report for Ambassador bookings. Payments are made on Wednesday to all ambassadors whose guests dined the previous week between Monday to Sunday. Ambassadors can track online, how much money they have earned.
