Beef comes from master butchers Aubrey Allen, founded in 1933 and holders of a Royal Warrant. Russell Allen selects the finest grass-fed cattle for us and then his team prepare it expertly and dry-age it. James and Marco are confident this is the best meat you’ll find anywhere.
