Champagne Envy


Makes 1
  • 50ml Midori
  • Champagne to top up
  • 1x raspberry
Add the Midori to a Champagne flute; top up with Champagne and float a raspberry on the top.
Pimm's serving suggestion



Makes 1
  • 35ml PIMMS
  • Strawberry - 1 quartered piece
  • Cucumber - 2 quartered piece
  • Orange - one slice
  • Mint - 2 leaves
  • Lemonade - top up
  • Ice
Put all fruits in the glass. Fill the glass with ice. Add the Pimm's and top up with lemonade

2012 Crozes Hermitage Rouge, Domaine CombierSpectacularly deep and dark in colour with an almost silky skeen. The nose is a complex melange of fruit, secondary armoas like tar and leather and a touch of spicy oak. This is echoed on the palate. The tannins are firm but ripe and elegant and the finish is extremely long and fine. This is ideal wine for any main course with rich sauce, and any dish with meat.
