We are currently on the look out for a passionate and enthusiastic Sous Chef and Chef De Partie for both of our restaurants. Please take a look at the descriptions below to see which role would suit you best.

Our Locations:
London Steakhouse Co, City – 109-117 Middlesex St, London E1 7JF
London Steakhouse Co, Chelsea – 386 King’s Rd, Chelsea, London SW3 5UZ

Sous Chef – Chelsea & City
£28-£32k plus benefits

Our Sous Chefs are:

  • experienced chefs working with the finest, fresh ingredients to create a range of high quality dishes on our evolving seasonal menu

We expect you…

  • To be passionate about using high quality, fresh ingredients to consistently execute all dishes to the highest standard
  • To lead by example and ensure all procedures are maintained to the required standards
  • To assist the head chef in all aspects of food production, running/training the kitchen team and meeting food hygiene standards
  • To motivate other kitchen staff through positive behaviour and enthusiasm
  • To be comfortable and confident cooking on the grill
  • To be organised, reliable and vigilant with attention to detail
  • To be able to work effectively as part of a team, communicating well with other staff and training up junior team members
  • To demonstrate a strong understanding of stock control
  • To ideally have experience with Fourth Hospitality and FnB Manager, but training can be offered to strong candidates.

Chef De Partie – Chelsea & City
£9 – £10.50/hour plus benefits

Our Chef De Parties are:

  • enthusiastic, ambitious and experienced chefs with an ability to prepare orders and cook high quality food.

We expect you…

  • To be passionate about creating the finest dishes with an ability to execute all dishes to the highest standard
  • To demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop new techniques
  • To be comfortable and confident working all sections of the kitchen, including preparing starters, sides and desserts
  • To be organised and reliable with a hands-on approach to working
  • To be able to work effectively as part of a team, communicating well with other staff and training up junior team members
  • To have good communication skills
  • To demonstrate a positive outlook with enthusiasm for creating great food
